We have exciting news regarding upcoming changes to
LiteWire’s billing system and online client area.
On Wednesday, June 24th, 2026, we will be transitioning all accounts to a new billing system. The current client area will be discontinued and replaced with an updated customer portal.
While we expect the transition to happen smoothly, we also understand that changing technology doesn’t always go as planned. We appreciate your patience as we work through this transition and are here to assist with any questions or support you may need.
What is changing:
- You’ll receive your invoice on the first day of your service period instead of 20 days early.
- Payment is due 15 days after the service period begins.
- Auto-payment can be set up to a credit card, checking account or savings account.
- Auto-payment occurs on the same day the invoice is generated.
What is not changing:
- Your service dates will stay exactly the same.
- Your billing cycle and pricing are not affected.
- Checks are still payable to LiteWire Internet Services.

Assistance We Will Need From You:
- Verify your auto-payment after receiving your first invoice by logging into your new customer portal account or by calling us at 888-825-2005.
- Contact us if you don’t receive your invoice within 15 days of your service date.
- Check your spam folder for any delivery issues.
- Report any errors or discrepancies immediately.

New LiteWire Portal Features:
- Update payment information
- Edit contact information
- Pay bills online
- Access past invoices
- View payment history
- View active services
- Add additional account users
- Submit & track support requests
Setting Up Your New Portal Account:
- Visit https://www.litewire.net/portal/password/reset and enter the main email address associated with your account.
- If you receive an error of “no such email”, or are unsure of the main email address associated with your account, please call us or submit a support request.
- Check your email for the reset authorization code and link.
- Create your login credentials using:
- 7+ characters
- At least one number
- At least one special character
- Both upper and lower-case letters
Accessing the Portal:
- Visit www.litewire.net and click “Client Area” (located in the upper-right on desktop, or last menu item on mobile).
- Go directly to https://www.litewire.net/portal/.

Additional Changes to the Client Area:
- Customer Email will be accessible via the following direct links:
- Visit www.litewire.net and click “Email Portal” (located in the upper-right on desktop, or last menu item on mobile).
- Go directly to https://mail.litewire.net/.
- Knowledge base and support information has been moved to the Support section of our recently launched new website.
- Future announcements will be listed on our News & Updates page.
