How do I sign up for service?
Just click the “Check Availability” and you will be requested to our sign up form. Fill out the form and follow the instructions to submit.
Once you sign up, we’ll check if service is available at your location. Once confirmed, we’ll call you to go through the details and schedule your installation appointment.
What do I need to connect service to my computer?
Any computer with an Ethernet port will automatically connect to our network – no setup needed on your end. This works with all modern operating systems, including older versions going back to Windows 95.
Want Wi-Fi? We offer managed Wi-Fi service, or you can use your own wireless router.
How do I contact customer support?

How do I setup autopay on my account?
To activate Auto Pay, log into your client area at www.litewire.net and change your billing mode to “Credit Card.” Important: Even if you occasionally pay with a credit card, Auto Pay won’t activate unless you specifically change your billing mode setting.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Activating Auto Pay
- Access your account: Go to www.litewire.net and click “Client Area.” Log in with the email address and password you used when signing up.
- Navigate to account settings: From the menu bar, click on “[YOUR NAME]’s account” (located next to the “Logout” button), then select “Edit Account Details.”
- Change payment method: On the left side of the page, find “Payment Method*” and select “Credit Card” from the dropdown menu.
- Save your changes: Scroll to the bottom and click “Save Changes.”
- Add or verify card details: Scroll back up and click the “Credit Card Details” tab.
- If your preferred card is already on file, you’re all set!
- If not, complete the “Enter New Card Information Below” section and click “Save Changes.”
Important Notes
- These settings only apply to bills generated after you make the changes
- Any existing unpaid bills may still need manual payment
- Your billing mode must be set to “Credit Card” for Auto Pay to work
