If you are looking for some relief from unwanted email, commonly referred to as "spam" you have come to the right place! LiteWire has partnered with Reflexion to provide industry leading filtering. If you are interested in signing up please keep reading.

The cost of this service is $30 for an entire year or $5 per month for each email address you wish to protect. Even if you have multiple email addresses you can choose which ones you wish to protect. Simply click here or call us at 608-882-4728 to request service and we will take care of the rest.
Once signed up, you will receive an email with the subject of "Your address is protected by Reflexion". This email is contains your initial password to access the service. Your user ID is the full email address which the welcome message was sent to. Your password may be changed to anything you like by logging in here. You will also notice a "control panel" at the bottom of most inbound emails that gives you information as to why each message was delivered to your mailbox and some links to login to your account directly.
By default, the system will quarantine any suspected spam and each night it will deliver a single email to you showing the list of messages that were held in the quarantine. If any of these messages were "false positives" and you actually wanted the message simply click on the appropriate link to release the full message to your mailbox. You can also release messages from your quarantine any time you wish by logging into your account, but unless you set your controls far harsher than the defaults, it is unlikely that real messages will be captured.
